HACKDATA V2 is a two-day immersive workshop and hackathon designed to help students learn, collaborate, build, and compete.

Rules
All team members must complete registration on 29 September 2026 and attend the required opening/workshop sessions.
If any team member fails to register on 29 September OR does not attend the required workshop sessions, the entire team will be disqualified from the hackathon.
Participants must work within their registered teams. Team changes after the hackathon begins are subject to approval from the organizing team.
All submitted projects must be the team's own work. Plagiarism, copying another team's project, or submitting substantially pre-built work as a new hackathon project may result in disqualification.
Participants may use AI-assisted development and other permitted development tools where applicable. Teams must understand their submitted work and be able to explain how their solution works.
Participants must not cheat, manipulate judging, impersonate another team, or use unauthorized resources to gain an unfair advantage.
Projects must address the official hackathon theme/challenge revealed on 29 September.
Every team must present its project to the judging panel within the allocated 6-minute presentation slot.
Teams must follow the schedule provided by the organizing team. Failure to be ready for presentation at the assigned time may affect eligibility.
Projects will be evaluated according to criteria announced by the organizing team/judges. The decision of the judging panel will be considered final.
All participants must maintain respectful and professional behavior. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, offensive behavior, or disruption of the event may result in removal from the event.
Participants are responsible for respecting the venue, equipment, infrastructure, and resources provided during the event.
The organizing team reserves the right to disqualify a team or participant in case of rule violations, misconduct, plagiarism, cheating, or failure to meet mandatory participation requirements.
